Who gets the welcome message?

New members who aren't linked yet. Members who joined through your invite link or Layover, or who were linked before and rejoined, are skipped.

What does the member fill in?

The email they use with your company, their first name and their last name.

Does it overwrite CRM data?

No. Conncord fills in the name only where the record's fields are empty.

Which plan do I need?

The welcome message is included in the trial, Pro and Scale plans.
