Can I import my Discord members into HubSpot?

Yes. Conncord links members to HubSpot contacts when they join through your invite link or Layover, or register with the welcome message, and creates a contact when none matches.

Does it work with Attio?

Yes. Members are linked to Attio people the same three ways, and their Discord details are saved in three Conncord person attributes.

What happens if my plan lapses or the CRM disconnects?

Links are kept as pending and synced to your CRM once the account can sync again.

With HubSpot

Conncord saves Conncord Discord ID, username and email as contact properties.
The invite link carries a personalization token, so in HubSpot emails each member is linked to exactly that contact.
Without it, members are matched by the email they enter or their verified Discord email.

With Attio

Conncord adds three person attributes: Conncord Discord ID, username and email.
One invite link for the workspace. Members are matched to people by email.
Layover asks everyone for their email, since the Attio link is the same for everyone.
